Printing the absence reports

  1. Select Form > Open > Absence Report. The Absence Report is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Report Date
    The date of the absences.
    Employee
    The employee number associated with the absences.
    Employee Type
    The employee type associated with the absences.
    Work Group
    The work group associated with the absences.
    Department
    The department associated with the absences.
    Shift
    The shifts associated with the absences.
    Absence Code
    The absence codes.
    Note: You can specify the range to print multiple reports.
  3. Click Preview to preview the report.
  4. Click Print to print the report..
