Creating records for the elapsed time
- Select TimeTrack Forms > Elapsed Time Details. The Elapsed Time Details form is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Employee
- The employee id used to create record.
- Report Date
- The date of the record.
- Select the Daily Labor Information tab.
- Select Select All check box.
- Click New in the toolbar.

Specify this information:
- Order line
- The code of the order.
- Order type
- The type of the order.
- Order number
- The serial number of the order.
- Operation
- The name of the operation.
- Setup
- The updated setup time of the employee with elapsed working hours.
- Task code
- The code of the task.
- Absence code
- The reason code of absence..
- Quantity of hours worked
- The number of hours employee has worked.
- Labor type
- The labor type of the employee.
- Work center
- The location of the work.
- Machine
- The name of machine assigned to the Production Order.Note: You can view this field if the Order Type field is set to Production Order.
- Machine Ratio
- The ratio to determine the labor time that is reported for the machine.
- Cost Code
- The code of the cost related to production order.
- Quantity completed
- The number of quantity completed.
- Quantity rejected
- The number of quantity rejected for the production order.
- Rejection reason code
- The code of the reason for the quantity rejected.
- Complete Operation
- The status of the operation.
- Click Save.
- Click Submit to update the record in the ERP.
- Click Approve to approve records at the end of the day.
