- Tracking Year
- The year to be tracked.
- Year Start Date
- The beginning date of the year.
- Carry Forward Option
- The option to transfer the leaves to the next year. Possible
options:
- Omit Carry Forward: The hours are not
transferred to the created tracking year.
- Carry Forward Only: The hours are transferred
but the tracking year is not created.
- Include Carry Forward: The hours are
transferred to the created tracking year.
- Attendance Tracking Only: The attendance hours
are tracked if the Absence
Tracking check box is cleared and the Attendance Tracking check box is
selected in the Time Off Group Parameters
form.
- Employee
- The range of employee ID for which the tracking is created.
Note: The tracking is created for all the employees if
the fields are blank.
- Work Group
- The range of work group for which the tracking year is
created.
Note: The tracking is created for all the
work groups if the fields are blank.
- Emp Type
- The range of employee type for which the tracking year is
created.
Note: The tracking is created for all the
employee types if the fields are blank.
- Shift
- The range of shift for which the tracking year is created.
Note: The tracking is created for all the shifts if the
fields are blank.
- Department
- The range of department for which the tracking year is
created.
Note: The tracking is created for all the
departments if the fields are blank.
