Configuring supervisor to receive email notifications

  1. Select Time Track Administrator > Work Groups. The Work Groups form is displayed.
  2. Click New. A new line is added in the Work Group section.
  3. Specify this information:
    Work Group
    The work group of the employees for whom the supervisor approves or denies absence request.
    Description
    The description of the work group.
  4. Select the Approve Absence Requests check box for the supervisor.
  5. Specify the email address for the user account of the supervisor on the E-mail Address tab in the Users form.
  6. Click Save.
