Configuring supervisor to receive email notifications
- Select Time Track Administrator > Work Groups. The Work Groups form is displayed.
- Click New. A new line is added in the Work Group section.

Specify this information:
- Work Group
- The work group of the employees for whom the supervisor approves or denies absence request.
- Description
- The description of the work group.
- Select the Approve Absence Requests check box for the supervisor.
- Specify the email address for the user account of the supervisor on the E-mail Address tab in the Users form.
- Click Save.
