Menu Maintenance

This form is developed to provide customers with the ability to customize menus as required and to allow sequential arrangement of menus.

The form has components:

  • Images: The related sessions are:
    1. Setup - used by Infor and developers to create System images.
    2. Settings - used by customer to create required images.
  • Icons: Each icon relates to a single image and based on the selection another icon or other activity is initiated. The related sessions are:
    1. Setup - used by Infor and developers to create System icons. This cannot be overwritten by customers.
    2. Settings - used by customer to create required images.
  • Menus:
    1. List Menus
    2. Icon Menus
    3. Touch Screen Menus (for Shop Floor module only)

    The related sessions are:

    • Setup - used by Infor and developers to create System menus. This cannot be overwritten by customers. .
    • Settings - used by customer to create required menus. Customers can copy a standard menu as starting point.
  • Menu Styles: The related sessions are:
    • Setup - used by Infor and developers to create System menus styles. This cannot be overwritten by customers. .
    • Settings - used by customer to create required menu styles.
  • Menu Groups (no developer version): The menu groups determine the starting menu for the employee.
    Note: 
    • Define a starting menu for each menu style.
    • Assign a default group at a site level.
    • Assign a group at user extension level
