Machine Down Reasons

Use this form to define the Machine Down Reason Codes. All the reason codes must be presented as Tasks clearing the Post to ERP checkbox.

The form requires this information:

• Reason Code: The code used to describe the reason for the downtime.
• Description: The description of the Downtime reason code.
