Viewing Timesheets
To view your timesheet:
- On the Employee Home Page
form, select View Timesheets.
- Specify your employee number.
- Specify a date range for which to view timesheet records. This
information is displayed for each timesheet record:
- Date
- Regular hours
- Overtime hours
- Double time hours
- Overtime eligible vacation hours
- Overtime eligible holiday hours
- Other overtime eligible hours
- Hours not eligible for overtime
- Unpaid hours
- Total hours for the day
- Optionally, select Left
to show the timesheet of the past week, or select Right
to show the timesheet of the next week.
- Optionally, to print the currently displayed records, select
Print Timesheet.
