Payroll Summary

Use this form to view hourly records. You can also perform administrative functions for a specified payroll schedule, filtered for a specified range of pay periods, employees, employee types, work groups, departments, or shifts.

Selection Criteria

Specify the records to show in the Records Grid.

Records Grid

Specify the data to display. You can select Summary, Clocked Hours, Clocked Hours on Holiday, OT Eligible Absence Hours, Non OT Eligible Hours, or Show All.

Select one or more records in the Records Grid. Use the dashboard buttons to process or save records, export records, reopen processed records, and perform other administrative functions.
