You can use the Report Viewer form to first preview and then print a selected report.
For this form to work properly, you must first clear the Use the default browser as report viewer check box in your personal settings (View menu > Settings > Runtime > Behavior). With this check box cleared, the Report Viewer form opens automatically whenever you preview a report.
If you have the Use the default browser as report viewer check box selected, reports display in a window of the default web browser.
