Printer Name

On the Printers form, use this field to define a printer available to the system.

On the Report Options form, use this field to select the printer to use when a report is to be printed. This printer can be specified for a particular user, a particular report, or both.

NOTES:

On the Report Options form, this option is available only if you select Printer as the Output Format.
If this field is left blank, or if the printer cannot be found, the system sends the report output to the default printer on the print/utility server.
