On the Intranets form, select a format to use as the default format for all reports. The default output format is Acrobat Format (PDF). Other output formats are available for your use, but only the PDF format is supported by Infor.
On the Report Options form, you can override the output format selected on the Intranets form for a specific user or a specific report. If you select the Printer output format, the Printer Name field is enabled. Select the printer using the drop-down list.
