Use this field to view, edit, or select the name of a particular event. Depending on what form you are on, this field might be display-only, a drop-down list, or an editable field.
On the Events form, when creating a new event, enter a name to assign to the event you are creating. Once the event has been saved, you can no longer change this name.
On the Event Handlers form, you can define a new event using this field.
On that and other forms, this field, in conjunction with the Sequence / Handler Sequence field, uniquely identifies each event handler.
To locate all the handlers or triggers associated with a particular event, you can enter Filter-in-Place mode and select the event from the drop-down list. You can also do a wildcard search.
When you execute Filter-in-Place, only those handlers or triggers associated with the selected event display in the grid.
