Use this button to synchronize Factory Track information that was created or updated in Microsoft Outlook, so that it displays in the appropriate Factory Track form (see the table below). This button is enabled when Outlook is installed and active on the computer where Factory Track is running.
After the synchronization, select View>Refresh to see the new or changed information in the Factory Track form.
