Viewing a message

Use this transaction to view and acknowledge the Factory Track messages that you receive from the system or the administrator.

  1. Select Utilities Transactions > View Message. The View Message screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Msg #
    The unique message number assigned by the system.
    From
    The sender of the message, Possible values:
    • System
    • Administrator
    Sent
    The date and time when the message is sent.
    Type
    The category of the message, such as informational, warning, or error.
