Reporting completed production

Use the Report Production transaction to track production progress by reporting the completion of production items.

  1. Select Production Transactions > Report Production. The Report Production screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Reference ID
    The serial number of the production order. You can scan your employee ID.
    Order Number
    The production order number.
    Warehouse
    The warehouse associated to the selected production order.
    Item
    The item associated to the production order.
    Open Qty
    The quantity of the selected Item.
    Complete
    The quantity of items produced.
    Rejected
    The quantity of items rejected.
    Shift
    The shift during which the items are produced.
    Order Complete
    You can select Yes, if all items have been produced for this order.
  3. Click Process.
