Picking items by order

  1. Select Outbound Transactions > Picking. The Picking screen is displayed.
  2. Select Order in the Pick By field.
  3. Specify this information:
    Order Type
    The order type of the order. The items linked to this order are picked.
    Order
    The order number for which the item is picked.
    Stage Location
    The location status that the item uses between pickup and delivery.
    Cart Location
    The cart location of the item.
    New Run Number
    The run number to which picked items are assigned when not available in the pick list.
  4. Select Yes in the Consolidate Picks to consolidate the identical stock points and display in a single line.
  5. Click Next. Specify this information:
    Order
    The order number that is specified for verification.
    Item Number
    The item number that is scanned for verification.
    Handling Unit
    The handling unit that is scanned for verification.
    Location
    The location that is scanned for verification.
    Lot Number
    The lot number that is scanned for verification.
    Quantity
    The quantity of the items in the order.
    Inventory Date
    The inventory date that is scanned for verification.
