Viewing packages

Use this transaction to view the packaging structure of a shipment or order.

  1. Select Packing Transactions > Packing Inquiry. The Packing Inquiry screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Handling Unit
    The handling unit of the shipment or order.
    Shipment Number
    The shipment number associated with the handling unit.
    Order Type
    The type of order for the shipment.
    Order Number
    The order number.
  3. Click Next to view the packaging structure including the handling unit hierarchy, items, quantities, and associated shipment or order details.
