Viewing inventory quantities at a location

Use this transaction to view the inventory quantities at a location.

  1. Select Inventory Transactions > Inquiries > Location Inquiry. The Location Inquiry screen is displayed.
  2. Select Warehouse.
  3. Specify the Location that is part of the selected warehouse.
  4. Click Loc Details. The description, quantity on hand, and allocated quantity are displayed.
    Note: You can select a location and click Item Details to view more details such as quantities categorized by lot or date.
