You can use the NFC (Near Field Communication) cards to log into the system.
Select Form > Feature Management. The Feature Management form is displayed.
Enable the RS9317 feature on the Feature Management form.
Select Form > Application Parameters. The Application Parameters form is displayed.
Enable the NFC in Use parameter in the Application Parameters form.
Note: This parameter is displayed only if the RS9317 feature is enabled.
Select Form > NFC Parameters. The NFC Parameters form is displayed.
Specify the parameters to support the NFC:
PIN Required
Select this check box to indicate that a PIN is required to log to the application.
PIN Length
The length of the PIN for the application.
Enter Key
Select this check box to enable logging on to the application using the Key.
Customer Key
The key required to log into the application.
Note: The system administration can generate the key, however you can enter the custom key.
Date Generated
The date on which the latest encryption is generated.
Click Generate Encrypted Key. A warning message is displayed in the Infor factory Track NFC Parameters window.
Click OK to generate a new encryption key and deactivate the existing NFC cards, however you need to distribute new NFC cards if the encryption is changed.
