Configuring NFC card in the FT mobile application

  1. Open the Factory Track mobile application.
  2. Select the informationℹ️ (use this information icon) icon. The About screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Device name
    The unique identification code of the device configured on the Users form.
    Time Zone
    The time zone of the location where the device is located.
    IP Address
    The IP address of the device.
    Identification
    The unique identification information of the device.
  4. Click NFC. The NFC Tag Writer screen is displayed.
    Note: To recreate the NFC card, you can select Ellipsis>NFC.
  5. Specify the Username, Password and Environment.
    Note: If Network ID (email) is used as the username, you must use the network password.
  6. Click Validate. The application requires the PIN if username and password are validated.
  7. Create the PIN for the application.
  8. Tap the card/badge to the device to add as the NFC authentication. The Write Successful message is displayed, if the card/badge is added.
    Note: You can use the NFC card to log in along with the PIN instead of the username and password credentials.
