Starting and stopping jobs

Use this form to start and stop jobs for employees and machines. The time the employee spends working on the job is recorded and attributed to the job in your ERP system.

  1. Select Labor Transactions > Job Booking. The Job Booking screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Date
    The current date on which a job is started or stopped by the selected employee.
    Time
    The current time at which a job is started or stopped by the selected employee.
    Employee
    The badge number of employees. You can scan your employee ID.
  3. Click Next. The Job Details screen is displayed.
    Note: The Job Booking Details screen is displayed with the active jobs for the selected employees.
  4. Click Machine Time Mode. The Job Booking Machine Booking screen is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Date
    The current date on which a job is started or stopped.
    Time
    The current time at which a job is started or stopped.
    Employee
    The badge number of employees. You can scan your employee ID.
    Running\Queue
    The number of jobs currently running or in queue.
    New Job
    The type of job you are currently working.
    Order Number
    The order number associated to the project.
    Operation
    The operation number used to associate the booking to a sequence of the job.
    Task
    The task performed for the job.
    Machine
    The machine that is used to complete the job.
    Work Center
    The location where the work is done/ job is performed.
  6. Click Submit.
