Configuring payroll schedules

  1. SelectTime Track > Time Track Payroll > Payroll Schedules. The Payroll Schedules form with the detailed payroll information for a single specified employee during a single specified pay period is displayed.
  2. Click New from the Actions menu. The Payroll Schedule form is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Payroll ID
    The ID for the payroll schedule. This ID is also referred as the Schedule ID.
    Description
    A brief description for the payroll ID.
    Facility
    The facility in which the payroll schedule is to be used.
    Note: This value cannot be modified.
    Period Increment
    The period by which the interval to generate the payroll is increased. Possible values:
    • Weekly
    • Bi-Weekly
    • Bi-Monthly
    • Monthly
    Note:  Payroll periods processed on a bi-monthly basis starts on the first and fifteenth day of the month.
    Payroll Calendar Start Date
    The start date of the payroll calendar.
    Payroll Year
    The year for which the payroll schedule is to be generated.
  4. Click Generate Payroll Schedules to create the payroll schedule.
  5. Click View Payroll Calendar to view the payroll schedule on a calendar.
  6. Click View Pay Periods to view the payroll schedule.
