Pay Periods

Use this form to view or modify the pay period for the current payroll ID and year. You can access this form using the View Pay Periods option from the Payroll Schedules form. The form displays each period start and end date in the selected payroll ID and year.

You can perform these actions on the form:

  • Add a period to the payroll schedule using the New option. A new record is added to the end of the schedule.
  • Delete the last period in the payroll schedule using the Delete option. You must click the Save option to save the changes.
  • Modify the selection criteria to display a different payroll year, payroll ID or to filter the selection for a specific pay period or date, using the Filter in Place option from the Actions menu.
