Employee Home Page

Use this form to send links to other forms that allow employees to perform activities including clocking in, clocking out, recording elapsed time, viewing clocked hours, starting a job or task, reporting completed quantities, and requesting time off. This form is designed to use with a touch screen or mouse.

You can leave the Employee Home Page form open on a public computer, allowing multiple employees to perform transactions without the need to log in with a user account. This form can be accessed by users with Administrator, Supervisor and TTHomepage role only if these criteria are met:

  • Shop Floor in Use check box is cleared, and Time Track is implemented check box is selected on the Global Parameters form.
  • One of these groups is selected for the users on the Groups tab of the Users form:
    • FT-Console
    • FT- Employee
    • FT-Supervisor
    • Infor-SystemAdministrator
    • FT-Administrator
  • One of these licenses is selected for the user on the License Modules per User Connection form:
    • FactoryTrackCloud
    • FactoryTrackTime Entry
    • FactoryTrackTTTrans
    • FactoryTrackTimeTrackELN
