Material Rapid Issue
Use this form to allow operators to issue multiple materials required for a job, operation or task at once instead of issuing each item individually. Operators can also access this form from the Dispatch List form by selecting a job and clicking the option. The details related to the material required for the job is displayed. This information cannot be modified. However, the operator can also scan or specify the barcode of the job suffix operation in the Search field. The information related to the material is displayed in the list. Operators can select the check box corresponding to all the materials and click the option to issue the materials at once.
- If there is a deficiency of material, the value is To Issue and Available Qty fields are displayed in red color.
- If the inventory is at more than one stock point the material line information is displayed only once for the first stock point.
- Backflush items are indicated with a red asterisk icon.
The operator can modify existing details only on the Issue Material form that is displayed when a material line is clicked.
Operators can also modify the serialized item on the Serial Numbers List form that is displayed when the hyperlink in the Serials field is clicked.
