Using User Bulk Update form

Use the User Bulk Update form to update parameters on the User Parameters tab and the Menu Group ID on the Factory Track Info tab of the Users form for bulk users. The updates are based on filters for M3 Facility and M3 Warehouse.

  1. Open the User Bulk Update form.
  2. Select Yes to retrieve the latest data from M3 for filtering.
    Note: You can select No to use the current data for filtering.
  3. Click Apply in the Filters section, specify M3 Facility and M3 Warehouse.
  4. Specify the new User Parameter value or Menu Group ID value, and select the corresponding checkbox in the Parameters section.
  5. Click Update when finished
  6. Click Yes in the confirmation prompt.
