Using the Customer Enhancement Polling form

Use this form to suggest enhancements to users during the monthly uplift process.

  1. Access the Customer Enhancement Polling form. The list of enhancements is displayed in the Title list.
  2. Select the enhancement from the Title list. The description for the enhancement is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Are you interested?
    Indicates if the user is interested to try the beta version of the enhancement. Possible values:
    • No
    • Neutral
    • Yes
    Updated By
    Indicates the name of the logged in user.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Date and Time
    Indicates the date and time when the logged in user has opted to try the beta version of the enhancement.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Design Feedback (Direct to Product Team)
    The feedback for the product team.
  4. Click Submit Feedback.
