Using the Customer Enhancement Polling form

Use this form to review proposed enhancements.

  1. Access the Customer Enhancement Polling form. The list of enhancements is displayed in the Title list.
  2. Select the enhancement from the Title list. The description for the enhancement is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Are you interested?
    Indicates if the user is interested in the enhancement. Possible values:
    • No
    • Neutral
    • Yes
    Note: If the answer to this is ‘Yes’, the user must specify how useful the enhancement is. Possible values:
    • Somewhat Helpful
    • Helpful
    • Very Helpful

    If the user is interested, the Name and Contact email information must be specified to be an Early Adopter.

    Updated By
    Indicates the name of the user who last submitted feedback. If a feedback is not submitted, the current user is displayed.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Date and Time
    Indicates the date and time feedback is last submitted. If a feedback is not submitted, the current date and time is displayed.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Design Feedback (Direct to Product Team)
    The feedback for the product team.
  4. Click Submit Feedback.
