Configuring Issue Material parameters

  1. Access the Parameter Dashboard form.
  2. Select Shop Floor > Processes > Issue Material. The parameters related to the Issue Material are displayed.
  3. Specify this information on the Transaction Parameters tab:
    Allow Over Issue
    Select this check to allow users to issue the quantity of material that exceeds the defined required quantity for the job.
    Empty Inventory List
    Select this check box to clear the inventory list when the Issue Material form is accessed.
    Allow Non-Inventory Item Issue
    Select this check box to allow users to issue items that are not available in the inventory.
    Location Recommendation Group
    Select this check box to display the location recommendation group that is used to determine the preferred inventory location.
    Default Location
    Select this check box to use the default inventory location while issuing a material.
    Enable Location
    Select this check box to allow the user to modify the inventory location from where the material is issued.
    Add Item Stock Room Location as Permanent
    Select this check box to specify the stock room location as the permanent location for storing the item.
    Popup Options
    Select this check box to display the pop-up options for providing additional information when inventory locations are selected during material issue.
    Show Zero Inventory Locations
    Select this check box to display locations that have no inventory.
    Show Negative Inventory Locations
    Select this check box to display locations that have negative inventory.
    Sort Options
    Select this check box to sort the inventory location.

    Select this check box to specify the priority order used for sorting or recommending inventory locations within the selected location recommendation group.
