Configuring Work Area Parameters

  1. Select Parameter Dashboard > Global Parameters > Shop Floor > Process > Work Area Parameters. The Work Area Parameters are displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Maximum number of Tasks to Display
    The maximum number of tasks that will be displayed in the Dispatch List, Assignment List and Resource Assignment forms.
    Allow Multiple Tasks by Operator
    Select this check box to allow the operator to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
    Allow Multiple Tasks by Machine
    Select this check box to allow the machine to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
    Note: This functionality is not allowed for machines that have machine integration functionality selected. These machines are only permitted to work on one task at a given point of time.
    Support Quantity Reporting
    Select this check box to allow the quantities to be reported. This is available if feature RS9328SL is activated
    Support Stand Alone Quantity Reporting
    Select this check box to allow quantities to be reported without starting the job.
    Note: This parameter is only visible if ‘Support Quantity Reporting’ parameter is selected.
