Managing machine downtime reasons

Use this form to view and manage machine downtime codes that are available in Factory Track.

  1. Select Form > Open > Machine Down Reasons. The Tasks form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Reason Code
    The unique code of the machine downtime reason.
    Description

    The description of the Reason Code. .

    From ERP
    Indicates whether the code is downloaded from SyteLine using the Data Sync Control functionality.
  3. Click Save.
