Lot and serial controlled materials

When the selected material is both lot-controlled and serial-controlled, the pane is divided into two sections. The lot grid is displayed in the upper section, and the serial grid is displayed in the lower section.

The serial grid is displayed only after a lot is selected and displays the serial numbers associated with the selected lot.

Serial numbers are selected automatically based on the quantity specified for the lot. If the lot quantity is modified using the keypad, the serial number selection is updated accordingly.

You can manually select different serial numbers, provided that the total number of selected serial numbers does not exceed the lot quantity specified in the lot grid.

An indicator is displayed for a lot only when the number of selected serial numbers matches the quantity specified for that lot.

The assignment indicator validates both the lot assignment and the corresponding serial number assignment.
