Reporting inventory data

Use this form to specify and review the inventory information. This form can be accessed only when the good quantity is reported for the final operation of a production order.

These values are defaulted in the form:

  • The production order number
  • The name of the operator/machine
  • Item number
  • Warehouse
  • Quantity
Note: 
  • The Lot or serial number and the location are defaulted based on the parameter settings for the warehouse/item combination.
  • If the production order quantity is more than one and the item is serial-controlled, individual serial numbers can be scanned / typed or all serials can be generated at once, as per CSI settings.
