Indirect Task

Use this form to record and manage the time spent by employees on non-production activities such as meetings, training, machine setup, maintenance, cleaning, inspections, administrative work. Recording indirect labor helps organizations accurately track labor utilization, improve workforce visibility, and allocate labor costs to the appropriate indirect cost centers.

When an operator begins an indirect task, the start time is recorded, and upon completion, the total duration is calculated based on the recorded start and end times. This information is saved as an indirect labor transaction and can be reported for payroll, labor analysis, productivity measurement, and operational reporting.
