Reporting inventory data

Use this form to specify and review the inventory information. This form can be accessed only when the good quantity is reported for the final operation of a production order.

To update information:

  • Review this information:
    • The production order number
    • The name of the operator/machine
    • Item number
    • Warehouse
    • Quantity
Note: 
  • By default, these values are displayed.
  • The Lot or serial number and the location are defaulted based on the parameter settings for the warehouse or item combination.
  • If the production order quantity is more than one and the item is serial\u0002controlled, individual serial numbers can be scanned, typed or all serials can be generated at once, as per CSI settings.

You can select the Auto Issue check box to allow an operator to issue the completed quantity from a child job to a parent job. The details of the Parent Job is displayed to the operator. Note: By default, this check box is selected if the Issue to Parent Job check box is selected for the Report Inventory transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form.
