Viewing Job records

Use this form to view the Jobs downloaded into Factory Track from CSI.

To view the Job:

  1. Select Open > Jobs List.
  2. Provide the following information:
    Order Type
    Select the Order Type in the From and To fields.
    Order Number
    Optionally select the Order Numbers in the From and To fields.
    Suffix
    Optionally select the Suffix of the Orders in the From and To fields.
    Operation
    Optionally select the Operation of the Orders in the From and To fields.
    Item Number
    Optionally select the item numbers in the From and To fields.
    Work Center
    Optionally select the work area in the From and To fields.
  3. Records with the below data get displayed as per the above filters:
    • Order Type
    • Order Number
    • Suffix
    • Operation
    • Item
    • Item Description
    • Work Area
    • Work Area Description
    • Qty Planned
    • Qty Completed
    • Qty Rejected
