Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

Use the NCR form to create, review, and manage non-conformance reports for materials, products, or production activities that do not meet quality requirements. You can also view the rejection reasons, affected quantities, severity levels, serial\u0002number information, and the current status of each reported issue.

You can use these options on the form:

• Create: Enables you to create a new NCR to report a non-conforming material, product, or production activity.
• Copy: Enables you to create a new NCR using information from an existing NCR.
  Note: The quantity, serial number, and lot number cannot be modified for the copied NCRs.
• Edit: Enables you to modify an existing NCR record. Based on the current status and security permissions, users can modify details such as quantities, descriptions, severity levels, and rejection information.
  Note: This option is displayed only if the status of the NCR is set to Open.
• Submit: Enables you to submit an existing or related NCR.
  Note: This option is displayed only if the existing or related NCR is modified.
