Generating QCS Test Results

  1. Select Inbound Transactions > QCS Test Results. The QCS Test Results form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Inspector
    The name of the employee who is assigned as an inspector.
    Order Type
    The type of order for which the test result is generated. Possible values:
    • Supplier
    • Customer
    • In Process
    • RMA
    Order Number
    The number of the order for which the result is generated.
    Item
    The code of the item for which the result is generated.
    Receiver
    The code of the receiver
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select the item for which the quality check result is generated.
  5. Click Select. The detail of the selected item is defaulted in the related fields.
  6. Specify this information:
    Qty Received
    The quantity of items received.
    QC Lot
    The code of the lot for which the quality check result is generated.
    Lot Size
    The size of the lot for which the quality check result is generated.
    Test Mode
    The mode by which the test is performed. Possible value:
    • Batch
    • Each
  7. Click Generate. The QCS Test Result is generated.
