Defining a Factory track User Role
        
         
          - Open the User Extensions form.
 
          - Select a user record.
 
          - In the User Type field, select Administrator, Supervisor, or User. The type you specify will assign the selected user to a group authorization that allows access to forms appropriate to that type. 
           
            
             - Administrators can access and update all forms.
 
             - Supervisors can view most forms, and can enter and edit employee times but will not be able to edit configuration and organization tables.
 
             - Users can enter transaction information in real time but will not be able to edit records or modify transaction times.
