Supervisor Resource Summary Form

These values are defaulted:

• Resource Group. This value can be modified, which results in repainting the machine panel only.
• Name of the Supervisor
• Current date and time (Subject to permissions, the supervisor can change the date and time) The form displays:
• The list of operators and machines. The list of operators will be as per work group of the supervisor. The list of machines will be as per the resource group selected. If no resource group entered on the header, all machine resources will be displayed
• The name and ID of the operator and machine.
• The number of assigned tasks.
• The resource details such as the name, the status, ID and assigned tasks.

Options displayed on this form:

• Resource Assignment: Use this option to view, assign or remove the tasks for a resource. This option is displayed when you click an operator or machine record.
• Tasks Performed: Use this option to view all the tasks of the selected resource for the specified date range. This option is displayed when you click an operator or machine record.
• Assignment List: Use this option to view, assign or remove the resource for a task. This option is displayed when you click on the Menu option on the header.
• Switch Option: Use this option to switch to Operator or Machine mode. This enables the Supervisor to log in as a resource and perform activities on behalf of a resource. This option is displayed when you click on the Menu option on the header.
• Current Tasks form option: Use this option to display the current tasks that are performed by the supervisor's operators or machines. Each line displays the start date and time of the task along with other information related to the task.
