Load Orders from ERP

The Load Orders form downloads orders from CSI or SyteLine. The orders with a job date between the specified date range is downloaded. There are two modes of operation for Load Orders From ERP, a full load of orders or a Net Change loading methodology. These load operations are typically run as a background task. Setting up two background tasks, one for full loads and one for net change is recommended.

When a full load is executed, the existing orders within Factory Track is rewritten with the most recent copy of orders from CSI or SyteLine. Running a Full Load or Full Regeneration once a week, is recommended. If the Net Change check box is enabled, new orders or orders that have been modified since the last run is only loaded. You can run net change once in an hour.
