Task Details

Use this form to view the details of a production order operation.

To access this form, you can click a task on the Active Task Lists form and Dispatch List form. The various tabs on the form display the production order operation details, material data, documents linked to the operation.

Note: 
  • The Machine and Setup fields are displayed, only if the resource group is associated with a machine and requires a setup.
  • The Start option is displayed only if the Disallow Hours Reporting check box is cleared for the Work Area transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form.
  • The Start and Stop option is disabled when the user with Supervisor role is logged in.

Overview
You can view the details and due dates associated with the task.
Note: If the Exclude Rejects check box is selected for the Work Area transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form, the scrapped or rejected quantities are excluded when calculating the total quantity and the time to complete the task is also modified.
Routing
You can use this tab to view:
  • The list of operations for the order and the status where the list of operations is displayed in numerical sequence.
  • Operation details such as the task and work center, item quantities ordered, completed, rejected and outstanding.
  • View the control point operations.
    Note: 
    • These operations are indicated with the Ready to Start option.
    • The Control Point operations are displayed with a visual indicator.
    • This option is displayed only if the Control Point Reporting Only check box is selected for the Report Inventory transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form.
  • If the Exclude Rejects check box is selected for the Work Area transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form, the scrapped or rejected quantities are excluded when calculating the total quantity and the time to complete the task is also modified.
Resources
You can access this tab to:
  • View the operators and/or machines currently working on this job, along with the date and time they started working on it in the Currently Working section.
  • View the operators and/or machines currently assigned to this job in the Assignments section.
  • Access the Supervisor’s Task Assignment form using the Assignment option.
    Note: The Assignments option is enabled, only when the user with Supervisor role is logged in.
Materials
You can use this tab to:
  • View the item details that can be issued for the operation. This data is defaulted from the integrated ERP application.
    Note: This form is enabled only if the ERP Available parameter is selected on the Shop Floor Parameters form.
  • Access the Issue Material form using the Issue New Materials or Issue option.
  • Issue the material required for the production order using Issue option.
  • Return the previously issued material of the production order to the inventory of a warehouse, using the Return option.
  • View the backflush material, by selecting the Backflush check box. These materials are indicated with an asterisk mark. The backflush material can only viewed or returned but cannot be issued manually.
  • View the fully issued material, by selecting the Fully Issued check box.
  • Materials are displayed in this sequence from top to bottom:
    • Not yet issued
    • Backflush Material
    • Fully issued material
Documents
You can use this form to:
  • View the documents related to the selected operation. This data is defaulted from IDM for each task.
  • View the details in a full screen mode using the FULLSCREEN option.
Report Quantity
You can use this form to:
  • View the quantities reported for the operation.
  • Accept the item quantity using the Accept option.
  • Reject the item quantity using the Reject option.
    Note: You must select a reason code in the Reject Reason Code pane that is displayed when the Reject option is clicked.
  • Stop the job using the Stop option.
  • Complete the reporting of quantities by selecting the Complete? check box.
    Note: 
    • This check box is displayed only if the Allow Entry of Complete Flag check box is selected in the Report Inventory parameter on the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
    • By default, this check box is cleared. When full quantity is specified this check box is automatically selected and can be modified.
    • A job can be stopped only if the Complete? check box is selected.
  • Reset the reported quantities by selecting the Reversal check box.
    Note: This check box is displayed only if:
    • The RS9322SL feature is enabled on the Feature Management form.
    • Production Reversals in Use? check box is selected in the Report Inventory section on the Parameter Dashboard form.
  • If the Exclude Rejects check box is selected for the Work Area transaction on the Parameter Dashboard form, the scrapped or rejected quantities are excluded when calculating the total quantity and the time to complete the task is also modified.
Serial Match
You can use this tab to scan the serial number, lot number and the component item number.
Note: 
  • This tab is enabled only if the ERP Available parameter is selected.
  • The lot and/or serial fields are enabled depending on the characteristics of the component item.
  • If specifying serial number is mandatory, value 1 is defaulted in the Quantity field. Else, the operator can scan the lot number and specify a value in the Quantity field manually.
By-Products
You can use this form to report the product for an order.
