FT Purge Workbench

Use this form to remove outdated, irrelevant or processed transaction data from the application database.

Note: Users with the Administrator role, can only purge the data.

You can use these options on the form:

  • Statistics: Enables you to view the table name with the total number of rows in the table and the number of days since the last Purge run.
    Note: Users with the Administrator role can select the Background Task Active check box to run the purge for the table.
  • Purge Label Print Data: Enables you to delete the FT label printing history data based on the specified information.
  • Purge Transaction History: Enables you to delete the posted transaction history based on the specified information.
  • Purge Synchronization Data: Enables you to delete the synchronized data that is downloaded on or before the specified date.
  • Purge Active Background Task: Enables you to purge active background tasks that are in Ready or Running status.
  • Purge BOD Information: Enables you to delete the BOD information, based on the selected criteria.
  • Purge Replication Inbox/Outbox: Enables you to delete transactions that are marked as Processed, based on the selected criteria.
