Attachment Embedded

Use this field to specify whether the attachment is linked to email messages in such a way that it can be embedded into the HTML version of the message body. This field is accessible only when Attach, Link, or Update is selected as the Document Action.

To embed an attachment, select True. To indicate that no attachment is embedded, select False.

You must also indicate the document (file) to be attached.

When you click OK to return to the Event Actions form, the application "wraps" this content within an ATTACHMENTEMBEDDED( ) parameter, which yields this final syntax:
