Creating a user class

  1. Open the UET Classes form and execute Filter-In-Place.
  2. Initiate a new record.
  3. Provide this information:
    Class Name
    Provide the name the system is to use in identifying the user class. This name is an internal name and does not display anywhere other than on the UET-related forms.
    Label
    Optionally, provide a label for the system is to use in the UI.
    Description
    Optionally, provide a description to explain the intended use or purpose of the user class.
  4. Save your work.
The user class is now available for use within forms.
