Adding new sites and entities to an existing database

Use this form to initiate a request to add a site or entity in an existing database. The request includes information about the site and contact email. If the request is successful, the site is added to the database associated with the configuration of theSite Management form. If the request fails, an email is sent with the detail of the error.
Note: You can also correct the errors and add the site, again.
  1. Select Configuration > Administration > Site Management . The Site Management form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Site
    The unique ID associated with the site.
    Note: 
    • The ID an be a maximum of 8 characters.
    • This ID is the default configuration name.
    Site Name
    The name of the site.
    Site Description
    The description of the site environment.
    Site Type
    The type of site.
    Note: By default, the value Site.
    Site Time Zone
    The time zone of the site.
    Site Group
    The valid group name of the environment .
    Notification Email Address
    The email address used to send error notification..
    Note: 
    • By default, the value of Primary Email Address field is considered. . However, you can modify any email address.
    • When the request to add a site fails, an email is sent to the specified address,
