Deleting a Reusable User or System Note

Note: If you attempt to delete a note that is attached to one or more records, when you try to close the System/User Notes form, the system displays an error and does not delete the note.
  1. Select View > System Notes to display the System/User Notes form.
  2. Select the note you want to delete from either the System list or the User list.
  3. Select  Actions > Delete.
  4. To save the change and exit the form, click OK.
