Identifying the forms included in a license module

Use the Modules for Form form to display a list of the forms included in a license module.

  1. Open the Modules for Form form.
  2. In the Module Name column, select the license module for which you want to know what forms are included.
  3. Press F4.
The form displays a list of all the forms associated with the selected license module.
Note: Some license modules have no associated forms.
