Using the Search Balance ID screen

Use this screen to search for the balance IDs.

The user can search the Balance IDs based on these filters:

  • Location
  • Item
  • Lot
  • Container
  • Receiving number

On the Search Balance ID screen.

  1. Select one of these filters:
    • Location
    • Item
    • Lot
    • Container
    • Receiving number
      Note: If Exclude Balance ID with Receiving Number parameter is set to Yes, this field is not displayed.
  2. Specify the required IDs for the selected filter:
    • Item
    • Lot
    • Receiving number
    • Location
    • Container
  3. Click Next.
    Note: 
    • If no records are available, the application displays this message, No match found.
    • If the records are available for the specified input, then the List balance ID screen is displayed depending on the values set in the parameter Auto select first record.
