Using the Update screen

Use this screen to update the package data and print the updated package label.

On the Menu screen:

  1. Select the Package Update transaction from the main menu. Click Next.
  2. Select Package and specify the Package number.
    Note: 
    • The application validates the scanned data and displays the values for these information fields:
      1. Weight
      2. Volume
      3. Free capacity unit
      4. Length
      5. Width
      6. Height
      7. Remark
      8. Goods Mark
      9. External Tracking Number
      10. Packaging
    • If the package is not applicable for the warehouse, the Package number X does not exist in Warehouse number Y message is displayed.
  3. Click Packaging. The Browse button is displayed. Click Browse and select the packaging type.
  4. Click Next. The Package X updated message is displayed.
    If parameter Package Label Print is set to 2, after clicking Next, message displayed Package X updated on the Print screen. This screen prints the package label using the updated package data.
  5. Click PRINT. The Print screen is displayed. This screen prints the package label using the current package data.
    The Print Package Label screen is displayed.
