Using Separators tab

Use this maintenance form to define the separators such as; / - slash to be used for each Scan Format ID.

To create a separator, on the Scan Format Id:

  1. Open the Scan Formats.
  2. Select the Scan Format Id where the separator must be integrated.
  3. Click Separators tab.
    1. Click the blank space in the Scan Separator column, specify a single character.
      Note: Do not use this character as a separator:
      • backslash: \
    2. Click the blank space in the Description column, and provide a description related to the separator character.
    3. Click Save.
